• You will need to state the following when booking lessons. Participants Name, Age, Swimming Ability/Previous awards, Medical conditions, Telephone Number/email
• Push & Glide unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss of property or articles left on the premises
• No refunds can be offered due to missed lessons
• Push & Glide reserves the right to replace advertised instructors or programmes wher unavoidable
• Some physical contact with your child is unavoidable, all staff adhere to the ASA Child Protection Procedures
• Parents/Guardians must supervise children at all times in the changing area
• Push & Glide Swimming School recognise there responsibilities under the terms of the Race Relations Act 1976, Sex Discrimination Act 1975 and the Disability Discrimination Act 1996
• Push & Glide Swimming School will not tolerate any discrimination or prejudice.

• No refunds can be offered once the course has been booked.
• Extra lessons cannot be offered due to absences.
• Payment must be made in advance of the course. Current clients receive a 2 week priority booking, this must be received before the term finishes. Clients on the waiting list for the coming term will receive notification if a space is available on the final day of a current course. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Parents are asked not to interrupt the teacher whilst the lessons are in progress. Enquiries should be made to the supervisor.
• Pushchairs must not be taken on to poolside and outdoor shoes must not be worn on poolside.
• All parents/guardians are welcome to watch the lessons, at Northwood College parents/guardians can spectate from the viewing gallery only

At Push & Glide Swimming School we provide friendly, water-based instructors who are committed to maintaining and improving an excellent quality of swimming instruction; all our teachers are fully qualified through the Amateur Swimming Association or STA.
