All Push & Glide instructors are Amateur Swimming Association or STA Qualified and have undergone teacher training and passed exams at National Standard.

Hayley Duncan

  • Represented Middlesex County in Swimming.
  • A-Level in Physical Education
  • Degree BA Honours Primary Education (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Lifeguard qualified
  • 7 Years swim teaching experience, including Special Education Needs.

Jamil Mirza

  • Represented Great Britain at Youth Olympics
  • Finalist at the Commonwealth and Olympic Trials
  • British record holder for youth 50m freestyle relay and 50m Medely relay
  • Coached Youth National Champions
  • Won several youth British Gold Medals
  • 7 years swim teaching experience

Lucy Harris

  • Fitness Instructor
  • ASA Level 2 & Lifeguard qualified
  • 6 years swim teaching experience

Emily Ingram

  • 10 years swim teaching experience
  • Administrator for Push & Glide bookings
  • ASA Level 2 & Lifeguard qualified
  • Coaches young development team
  • Push & Glide Supervisor

Carla Hinkley

  • 6 years swim teaching experience
  • ASA Level 2 & Lifeguard qualified
  • Trainee Primary School Teacher
  • Completed Swimming teacher training in Australia
  • Push & Glide Supervisor

Ross Wilson

  • 6 years swim teaching experience
  • Represented Hertordshire County in Swimming
  • Competed at British National Swimming Championships

Allison Smith

  • 5 years swim teaching experience
  • ASA Level 2 & Lifeguard qualified
  • Completed a number of CPD Courses such as:-
    - Safeguarding & Protecting children
    - Introduction to Butterfly
    - Diving
